CBD Isolate is 99% CBD with ZERO % THC Present. CBD Isolate is the purest form of CBD, which is produced by removing all other compounds found in the plant including terpenes, flavonoids, plant parts and other cannabinoids present.
Full-Spectrum CBD contains multiple cannabis plant extracts, including essential oils, terpenes, and other cannabinoids, such as cannabinol.
Full-spectrum CBD also contain up to 0.3% of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the cannabinoid in the cannabis plant that produces the ‘high’ feeling in people. However, such a low amount is not strong enough to have significant psychoactive effects.
Broad-Spectrum CBD is very similar to full-spectrum CBD in that it contains additional cannabis plant compounds.
Most broad-spectrum CBD products contain zero or trace amounts of THC, but there should be less than the 0.3% contained in full-spectrum products.
Like full-spectrum CBD, broad-spectrum products may have a higher likelihood of producing beneficial health effects than CBD isolate because of the entourage effect.
CBD is part of the hemp plant, it can help with relaxation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, inflammation and promote better sleep. CBD can help with skin issues from dry skin, acne and more. CBD is not psychoactive, meaning you will not get high. There are many more benefits of CBD.
CBD is closely related to another important medicinally active phytocannabinoid: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the compound that causes the high that cannabis is famous for. These are the two components of cannabis that have been most studied by scientists.
Both CBD and THC have significant therapeutic attributes. But unlike THC, CBD does not make a person feel “stoned” or intoxicated. That’s because CBD and THC act in different ways on different receptors in the brain and body.
CBD can actually lessen or neutralize the psychoactive effects of THC, depending on how much of each compound is consumed. Many people want the health benefits of cannabis without the high – or with less of a high. The fact that CBD is therapeutically potent as well as non-intoxicating, and easy to take as a CBD oil, makes it an appealing treatment option for those who are cautious about trying cannabis for the first time.
CBD works with your bodies Endocannabinoid System. When the receptors in your endocannabinoid system are activated, they assist the body with regulating a wide range of conditions. CBD Isolate has many benefits when used in skin care and when taken as a tincture.
CBD sits in a class of molecules called cannabinoids.
Depending on the cannabinoid, they can make us hungry, sleepy, forgetful or euphoric (or any combination of these and more).
Cannabinoids do this by activating specific biological sensors on our cells called receptors, which, in turn, change how the cell behaves and the chemicals it releases.
